FAQ 1. How long would it take for item to be delivered after payment is made? It would take about 4 to 5 weeks for your merchandise to be delivered to you. If you opt to self collect, you could have it a few days earlier. 2. Will I receive a tracking number? Every item has a tracking number, however it would be consolidated into a huge parcel before it is sent out to Singapore (hence the discounted price). As items are not shipped individually, tracking number changes throughout the entire shipping process. Contact us via WhatsApp for a quotation. 4. Where can I find more details with regards to the product? Contact us via WhatsApp and we can better address your questions about the products. 5. What if item is not what it is ordered or promised/ item is of specs (design/colours/etc)/ item is defected or damaged? We would either 1)replace the item with another one that is promised 2)refund in full upon return of item to us or 3)give a partial monetary refund if you are willing to take defected items. 6. Can I get a refund? We only give refunds if the item is missing in transit, the item is defective and returned, item is unable to fit, or is of the wrong specs (design/colours/etc). 7. Do you have the stocks at hand? We do not keep any stocks locally apart from small little items such as key chains, decals, gear shifting sock, etc. You could contact us for more enquiries. 8. Do you have an address? We do not have a physical shop, therefore our residential address will be given when necessary. Dealings are only done there if you opt for self collection or have engaged installation services with us. 9. Why are the responses slower than expected? All operations, from ordering, customer service and delivery as of now is only managed by two people who is operating this business on top of our day jobs.
